Open Question: Will my father go to jail?
Will my father go to jail?
Ok, im a 20 year old male and this is my story.
Last week my father got arrested because he hit my mother and thretened to kill me and my brother, my mom and himself. He got out the day before yesterday and i paid $1000.
We all have 2 go to a marriage court on the 22nd of this month and our intentions are not 2 send him to jail, my mother just want him to stay away from her and me and that me and my brother are able to see my father without a problem because we really get along, and also my mother wants the divorce. My father has a restraining order and he cannot see us or be in contact with us.
The charges are the following: The defendant alleged threatened to kill the victim and her sons and kill himself. Defendant also hit the victim in the head with his hands. Parties have two sons. Ages 14 and 20.
7 years ago defendant slapped victim in the face and within the past 7 years defendant has threatened to hurt the victim and her sons, and himself.
Now, my mother and dad own the house where i live and they both pay the mortgage and expenses. My mothers intentions are not for him to go to jail but my father threatened to kill us, s0 now we dont know if on the 22nd the judge is going to send him to jail for our own safety or what. I dont even know if hes gonna let us speak..
MY QUESTION IS, WILL MY FATHER GO TO JAIL ON THE 22ND?
Is it my moms decision? me and my brother are not planning to tell the judge that we want him in jail but i dont know if our words count because the situation is now in their hands..

About : Chase never thought he was the type of guy to be engaged right out of college. But little did he know he was married to his college sweet heart Sara. Now they are living in a house they plan to spend the rest of their life in. It scares Chase more than anything. Chase begins to have seconds thought about engagement when he meets Ana, who teaches him life is too short to go to waste.The story takes a major turn when Chase finds out Ana has heart failure and copes with the illness by useing drugs. Chase begins to feel scared and doesnt want to watch Ana die. So he runs not realizing he had fallen in love with her and could not stand being away from her no matter what she has or does.
i dont know… what do you think? Should I change it around .. ?
Open Question: HD Antennas CEA violet antenna?
I cannot find an antenna that has the coverage area for CEA violet uhf. Do I really have to have an antenna that cover up to violet uhf or would a blue antenna work as well. Please send web site or model of antenna. I live 25 miles away from antenna with one mountain/hill in the way, and plan on mounting the antenna in the attic of a two story house.
